US Senators Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) will go to the Senate floor today to speak in favor of their proposal – Graham-Cassidy-Heller-Johnson (GCHJ) – to reform health care.
GCHJ repeals the structure and architecture of Obamacare and replaces it with a block grant given annually to states to help individuals pay for health care.
